Kieron Jansch' "COMMON" a chilling short film set in SW19

A close friend and extremely talented film maker; Kieron Jansch at Jansch Videography is currently working on his new project "COMMON' a chilling short film set in SW19 (for all those that don't know where that is, it's in Wimbledon). Kieron's previous videos have been outstanding, he's worked with Flexifoil Kites to produce super quality product videos and team trips! Recently Kieron made a short film about his love of making bread, a very interesting concept which turned out to work really really well.

Beach Buggy's? 4x4s? Sun? Wind? Kites? Caipirinhas? and lots of Cachaça?

Almost two years ago, during the cold winter months I was in desperate need of some sunshine! Looking at the Kiteworld Annual Travel Guide a few locations come to mind, however I heard Brazil was the top trump for the time of year I was looking for. November 2011 was the date I had in mind, and close friend and talented kitesurfer Andy Gratwick who runs EasyRiders Kitesurf school in Poole runs a trip to North Brazil annually so it would have been rude not to tag along with him!

Westward Ho! and Keypitts Stables "N" Quads

Two weeks ago I missioned up to North Devon to spend some time with friend and fellow Flexifoil team rider Will Mckean. It was the week of the BKSA Finals so a lot of the British crew were around to catch up with. Flexifoil Riders Robin Snuggs, Dave Roberts, Jon Bleiker and Ros Jury were also at the event competing and flying the flag!

Nike Surfing Fistral Night Surf 2012

Nike Surfing headed down to Cornwall this September to host the annual Nike Surfing Fistral Night Surf. For all those that haven't seen Night Surfing before, it's quite spectacular! The competition took place throughout the weekend; quarter finals, semi finals and finals all took place during the evening where we saw the North end of Fistral lit up!

BSUPA 2012 National Championship

Next weekend Watergate Bay will be hosting the annual BSUPA National Championships. In previous years we've had near perfect conditions for the event, small waves and very little wind. Hopefully it'll be the same this year so we can see all the riders showing off their new skills and tricks. Local rider Adam Zervas will be down here competing so keep an eye out for him, one of the favourites!

European Tour of Longboard Watergate Bay 2012

Come on down to check out the latest longboarding manoeuvres with some of the top riders in the world. Names like Ben Skinner and Adam Griffiths will be down there showing us their skills.
